A user interface and user experience design project for a customer loyalty platform. It is a platform to manage loyalty programs, promotions, and subscriptions, the web app design is for business owners, and the mobile app design is for customers.
We can help design your full software user interface with great user experience in mind. In this project, we designed for both the business points of view as well as their customers.
The design of the application for both mobile app and desktop web-app is done with accessibility in mind, utilizing clear contrasting colors, easily-readable fonts, and intuitive navigation.
The software was designed with modularity in mind. Design-wise, new features can be easily added with no impact on existing ones.
